This list is average pricing estimates to give you an idea of what most budgets should accommodate for.

The great thing about custom items is that they can be adjusted to fit most budgets or big ideas.

A final quote will be provided after a virtual consultation.

*Please note custom items require full prepayment which is non refundable as this will immediately go towards purchasing supplies and building of the items.

Backdrops: $150 - $600 ea.
Balloon Garlands: $75 (3 ft) - $400 ea. (10ft)
Banners: $10 - $25 ea.
Cake topper: $40 - $60 ea.
Cake Pedestals $40 - $55 ea.
Cut Outs: $35 - $45 ea.
Easels: $30 - $40 ea.
Invitations Design: $25 - $35 ea.
Invitations Printed: $1.50 - $4.50 ea. depending on qty
Marquee Number: $35 - $45 ea.
Party favour's: $3 - $7 ea.
(coloring books, crayon packs, painting sets)
Soft Play: $125 - $225 /set
Welcome signs Design + Print: $45 - $60 ea.

Prices are before tax and excluding delivery | Set up is included and required for all of our rental products.

Materials

In most cases we opt to use quality building products which provide a more premium finished product (Wood and hardboard over cardboards, plastics and Styrofoam's). After you and your family have enjoyed the celebration, the items built will be added to our collection of rentable products for other families to enjoy. 

Exclusivity

Should you like exclusive use of a custom item / design, we can ensure that, with an exclusivity surcharge. That item will then be broken down at the end of an event or alternatively can be purchased outright. 

Once you have finalized your budget the next step is to have a virtual consult. 

Virtual Consultation

During the virtual consult we will jump on a zoom call and discuss your ideas - come prepped with your Pinterest boards, images and budget and we will out line a concrete price to get your party going. 

Quote approval

Once we have had the virtual consultation and discussed your exact party needs and budget, we will provide a formal quote to build out your party.

When you approve this and send your deposit, the cogs will start turning on our side to bring your party dreams to life!

Deposits & Policies

Custom items and design require full prepayment which is non refundable as once it's approved, work will start on bringing your items to life. 

Rented items require a 50% deposit and the remaining 2 weeks prior to the event.

Your items will be designed and delivered on the day of your party.
