Yes, we have a minimum order requirement for rental items which is $200. 

For small sale items (party favours and cake toppers), you may pick those up from our office with an appointment.

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our cancellation policy on our website for more details.

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be applied towards your total rental cost.

Custom Items are required to be paid in full before design starts.

Please note that custom items are required to be paid in full prior to design and are not refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Yes, you are welcome to visit our showroom to view the items before making a booking. Please call or email ahead to schedule an appointment.

We accept various forms of payment including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. A deposit is required at the time of purchase with full payment required two weeks before the event date. A Damage deposit will be returned to you once the rental items have been collected and found damage free.
