• We order premium balloons to ensure quality and durability and will not create garlands from unknown suppliers.
• Delivery and set up is required for all rental items and balloon garlands.
• Outdoor set ups require suitable weather, rain and wind protection which should be arranged by the client. We will be unable to set up if wind forecast is over 20km/h
• Balloons are more likely to pop outdoors than indoors and direct sun and full day summer heat should be avoided.
• Backdrops are decoration only and are not permitted to be climbed, moved or interacted with.
• Adult supervision is required at all times.
